Please note that Turtle Beach Resort is a 3-storey building and does not have any lifts. Each level is only accessed via stairs which may be unsuitable for some guests.

Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights.

The TB2 Pool will be closed for upgrades starting 4 November 2024, for approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting.

Please note that the Splash Zone will be closed on November 19 (weather permitting) for upgrades & maintenance. There will be tree lopping happening around the resort on November 18,19 & 21.

Family friendly accommodation with lots to do but beware flights of stairs for carrying luggage up and down especially f
Lots to do. The bar, cafe, sauna, bbq areas and pools. Very family friendly.
No lifts - carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs for old people is hard Shower over bath - hard to get in and out for short older people. Our room was suppose to have 2 40 inch tvs but did not - the one in the bedroom was lucky to be 20 inch and not easily viewed while in bed. We selected the superior one bedroom apartment expecting it to have a view over the complex. However we have a view and balcony of an empty section which had trucks coming and going all hours of the day and night. Also getting to the accommodation was hard with the roadworks.

Liked the self contained unit.had everything needed
The stairs with luggage ???? and lugging shopping upstairs was dreadful ,the luggage trolleys were useless to navigate properly. ,the utensils crockery and cutlery were dirty. The wifi was poor connection. Charging for pool towels $5 each towel shld be inclusive considering you are a resort with many pool options.
